You did not invent the work so much as agree to tend it — twelve years, five seeds, one continuous practice. What follows is not a résumé but a record of attention: Nicolas Parziale, who builds in two tongues — Spanish as a mother, English as a craft — and treats Buenos Aires not as a limit but as the well the work is drawn from.

IIThe First Seed
The first signal arrived in Buenos Aires in 2012 and asked a stubborn question: could strangers play together across every screen at once, with nothing holding them but the work itself? At Newen Games, as Co-Founder leading business development from March 2012 to January 2013, you built a framework for cross-device, cross-platform real-time multiplayer that needed no socket connection — and a Bingo table was the first thing to bloom across desktop, tablet, and phone.
A practice is not one act but a season of small ones. Before the next planting came a brief, bright apprenticeship at Fan Guru in early 2013 — a Facebook promotions platform written in CoffeeScript over Ruby and Sinatra, MongoDB beneath — learning the hands.

IIICrossing Water
Sometimes the work asks you to carry the seed to new soil. In 2013 it crossed to the San Francisco Bay — Getcast, where you served as Co-Founder until 2014 — a beautiful way for performing artists to showcase their work, broadcast their talent, and connect with opportunities in the entertainment industry. It was grown on Node and MongoDB, made fast with ElasticSearch, served from Heroku.
Crossing water takes faith more than nerve, and you were not the only one to hear the frequency: Matter.vc, in San Francisco, was among the first to recognize the signal.

IVTending the Table
To feed the people who are building something is its own quiet discipline. From January 2015 to December 2018, back in Buenos Aires, HoyPido set the best lunch table for companies across Latin America — fast-growing startups and traditional businesses alike, the ordinary midday hour tended until it became a practice.
The patient crops feed the most, and others tended the same garden: 500 Startups Latam, from Mexico City, helped it find its footing, and Parallel 18 in Puerto Rico welcomed it into its third generation — where the work was done hard and the play kept tropical.
2019

VThe Work in Progress
This is the canvas still wet — the mark not yet finished, the page's one living color. From August 2019 to December 2025 you founded and built Intuitivo, an AI operating system for unattended retail: computer-vision autonomous points of sale that simply see you, so there is no scanning, no lines, no self-checkout. The work knew what it wanted to be — it wanted the checkout to disappear — bringing digital touchpoints into the physical realm.
And the season bore fruit: more than 66 retailers, up 42% year over year; units sold grown 4.7 times over; an infrastructure laid for millions of autonomous points of sale. A founding chapter closes the way a season does, and the practice carries on. The work in progress is the only work there is.

VIThose Who Recognized the Signal
No one tends a garden entirely alone. A few recognized the frequency before there was much to point at, and they are remembered warmly here. Matter.vc, in San Francisco, saw it early in Getcast. 500 Startups Latam, from Mexico City, helped HoyPido find its footing, and Parallel 18 in Puerto Rico took that same work into its third generation.
To be recognized is its own kind of harvest — proof that a true signal carries.

When a work is complete, you release it and begin again. Each finished company is let go the way a season is let go — Newen Games, Fan Guru, Getcast, HoyPido — each tended, then released, so the next seed could be received. The point was never only the product; it was the practice, returned to across twelve years.
And there is one last release to admit: this page is a machine's draft of a human life — a model that read a book about paying attention, and then tried to pay some. It is offered as it is, the way you let any work go.
